OSRS Powerleveling Service: How Long 90–99 Takes

How long an OSRS powerleveling order takes, worked out from wiki XP rates: play hours for 90–99 by skill, and what 8 or 20 working hours a day means.
The Short Answer
A powerleveling order takes the XP left in your range, divided by the XP rate of the method, divided by the hours worked each day. The first two numbers come from the game. The third is ours: about 8 working hours a day on a Regular order and about 20 on Express, split across two shifts.
Most of the time sits at the top of the XP table. Level 92 needs 6,517,253 XP and level 99 needs 13,034,431, so 92 to 99 is as much XP as 1 to 92. Agility from 90 to 99 on the Ardougne Rooftop Course is 110 to 117 hours of laps at the wiki's 66,000–70,000 XP an hour. The same range in Construction, building gnome benches, is about 7 hours.

The XP Curve Does Most of the Work
Each level needs roughly 10% more XP than the one before, so the hours pile up at the top of a skill. The wiki's rule of thumb is that 92 is half of 99 and 85 is close to a quarter.
| Range | XP needed | Share of 1–99 |
|---|---|---|
| 1–70 | 737,627 | about 6% |
| 70–80 | 1,248,441 | about 10% |
| 80–90 | 3,360,264 | about 26% |

A 70–99 range is 12,296,804 XP against 737,627 for 1–70, nearly 17 times the work before faster high-level methods are counted. Compare quotes by XP, never by the number of levels, or one of them will look like a mistake.
Hours for 90–99 by Skill
The table uses the method each skill's wiki training guide lists for these levels, at the wiki's rate. Days are plain arithmetic: play hours divided by 8 for Regular or by 20 for Express.

Regular, Express and the Queue
Regular gives your account about 8 working hours a day. Express gives about 20 across two shifts, for the surcharge shown on the delivery toggle. On Agility 90–99 that is the gap between roughly two weeks of play and under one. On a five-level top-up for a quest requirement, Regular usually finishes soon enough that Express buys you very little.
Live chat and the ticket answer 24/7. That is how fast you get a reply. Nobody plays a Regular order around the clock.
Work starts once payment is complete and the order is picked up from the queue, so ask on the ticket when your order will start as well as how long it will run.
Skills Where More Hours Do Not Help
- Farming: the wiki's training guide is built on tree runs, and you can only do one or two a day because the trees have to grow. More working hours do not grow a tree faster.
- Slayer: XP is roughly equal to the monster's Hitpoints, and each task is assigned by a Slayer master. The same range can run quicker or slower depending on the assignments.
What a Good Quote Tells You
Before you pay, a quote for a skill range should answer each of these. If it does not, ask on the ticket.
- Your start and end level, so you can check the XP gap against the table above.
- The method. Motherlode Mine runs about 62,000 XP an hour at level 90, while 3-tick granite runs 120,000–126,000 at 99. Two quotes on different methods are two different jobs.
- Regular or Express, and roughly when work starts.
- Who pays for supplies. Construction and Prayer are fast because they burn planks and bones, and that bill is separate from the labour.
- The unlocks the method needs. Guardians of the Rift needs Temple of the Eye, and a gilded altar needs 75 Construction to build.
- The account type. Ironman accounts train on methods that need no Grand Exchange. Hardcore accounts are accepted, but a rare internet or power cut can still cause a death, and lost Hardcore status is not covered.
- How access is handled. For a skilling order you send the login details on the support ticket after you pay, never in the order form or a public chat.
A provider who promises a firm finish date without asking your levels, the method and your unlocks has not worked anything out.
Unlocks That Change the Price
The band price on the skills page assumes the usual setup for the method. Slayer and Runecraft cost more when the account is missing the tools that speed them up, and Sailing costs more when gathering or ship upgrades are part of the job. Tell the team what the account has before work starts.
| Skill | Add-on | Why it changes the job |
|---|---|---|
| Slayer | +25% with neither a venator bow nor a cannon, +10% with only one of them | The venator bow (80 Ranged) bounces each arrow to up to two more targets in multicombat. The cannon needs the Dwarf Cannon quest and is a standard way to speed up tasks. |
| Runecraft | +40% with no abyssal pearls and the Lunar spellbook locked | Essence pouches degrade. Pearls from Guardians of the Rift pay for repairs at Apprentice Cordelia, and NPC Contact (67 Magic, Lunar Diplomacy) reaches the Dark Mage without leaving the run. |
| Sailing | +25% for gathering and ship upgrades | Sailing prices are for a regular account and leave gathering out. |
| Any skill on Express | The surcharge shown on the delivery toggle | About 20 working hours a day instead of about 8. |

What the Price Does Not Cover
A leveling quote covers labour. It does not cover the risk of letting someone else play your account, which is against Jagex's rules. No price includes that, and no provider can promise an account will never be banned. Our terms exclude bans, mutes, rollbacks and lost Hardcore status, during or after the order.
Long ranges are the most exposed jobs because they take the longest. Agility 90–99 means well over 100 hours of logins by someone who is not you. If a provider quotes a timeline that only works at faster-than-wiki rates, 24 hours a day, you are looking at a bot's timeline, and bots are what get accounts banned.
Change your password before and after the order, keep a bank PIN set, and stay logged out while it runs unless the team agrees otherwise.
Where Paid Help Fits
The skills page prices any range per level band, with the method and the speed picked before checkout. Every order is played by hand. Send your levels on live chat if you want a timeline before you pay.
- Pick the skill, set your start and end level, and choose the method.
- Choose Regular or Express on the delivery toggle.
- Check out with your Discord name or email. Full payment is due before work starts.
- On the ticket, list your unlocks and account type, and ask when work will start.
- Send the login on the ticket, then stay logged out and follow progress there.
- When it finishes, check the account straight away and change your password again.
FAQ
How long does an OSRS skilling or powerleveling service take for 1–99?
It depends on the skill and the method. 1–99 is 13,034,431 XP, and half of it sits above level 92. In Agility, 90–99 alone is 110–117 hours of play at the wiki's Ardougne rate. In Construction the same range is about 7. Send the skill and your levels on live chat for a timeline on your account.
What is an OSRS account service?
Usually several orders on one account: a skill range, a quest chain, a fire cape. Each part is priced on its own page and tracked on one ticket. Powerleveling is the skill-range part.
Why do two quotes for the same 99 differ so much?
Start level, method, Express and supplies. A quote for Motherlode Mine and a quote for 3-tick granite are pricing methods with about double the XP rate between them.
Can a 99 be done overnight?
Not a full 1–99. Prayer is the fastest with bought supplies: 1–99 is about 20 hours of play at the wiki's 643,000 XP an hour with dragon bones at a gilded altar, so roughly a day on Express. A 90–99 top-up is about 12 hours. Agility, Runecraft, Mining, Woodcutting and Fishing are all well over 100 hours for 90–99 alone.
Can I play while the order runs?
Only after asking on the ticket. Logging in mid-order without the team's OK can clash with whoever is playing it.
Do you train hardcore ironman accounts?
Yes. The team does everything it can to avoid a death, but a sudden internet or power cut is rare and can still cause one, the same as it could if you were playing. A Hardcore Ironman has one life, an unsafe death turns it into a regular Ironman, and lost Hardcore status is not covered.
