Bils completes Old School RuneScape quests on the account you order for. There are two lists: one for regular accounts and one for ironman accounts, because the same quest needs different requirements on each. Pick the list that matches the account.

Use the ironman list for any iron, hardcore or ultimate account — those lines are checked against ironman requirements and routing first. Every other account uses the normal list. Ordering from the wrong list only slows the ticket down, so switch tracks before you start.

Each quest carries its own price, so you pay for the ones you pick rather than a bundle. The current lists show 435 quests from $0.40. Express adds the percentage shown on the quest line, which is +40% on current lines.

There is no fixed finish time. It depends on the quest, the account's requirements, and the current queue. Regular service is about 8–9 working hours per day and Express about 16–20 working hours per day. Those figures describe the work window, not a promised completion clock.
