Account requirements
Prayer requirements change with the level range. Where the account starts, which quests are done and which regions are unlocked decide how much of the work can begin straight away.
Stats and unlocks
The details that matter are the skill's current level, quest state, region unlocks, diary tiers, and whether the account is a main, an ironman or a group ironman.
This page does not publish one stat list for every range. After you start the order, the team checks those details on the ticket before the work begins.
